Yoga Classes at Wells Therapeutics: $11 per class or 10 classes for $70

All our yoga classes are held in Suite 101, our event room, just down the sidewalk from our main office. We have extra mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets available to use during class, if needed.

Monday, 10-11:30am, Yoga Flow with Emily Wells-Perritt, RYT-500

Stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body while you calm and center your mind. Enjoy this moderately paced yoga flow class in a relaxed, supportive environment. Gentle enough for beginners, but sufficiently challenging for more experienced practitioners. 


All yoga classes are $11 for drop-ins or $70 for a 10-class punch card.

Monday, 4:30-5:45pm, Yoga for Special Needs with Karima Melody Lubich

Join us for a gentle yoga class designed to support the needs of those with various physical challenges such as MS or Parkinson’s. This is a regular floor yoga class which focuses on simple postures, breath work, and relaxation.  A chair is set up by each participants mat in order to facilitate an easier transition to the mat.  Once on the mat, we focus on postures designed to increase and enhance strength, balance, and flexibility.

If you feel unable to keep up in a regular yoga class, this may be the class for you.  It is designed to support each participant's needs within the group environment, as we all work to increase our strength and our stability.
Pre-registration required; class size limited to 5.

Monday, 7-8pm, yin Yoga with Eddie McDevitt

A slow and meditative practice, yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue of the body - the tendons, ligaments, and fascia - in order to improve mobility and flexibility. Yin postures are normally held for several minutes, facilitating an increase in production of synovial fluid and in the resting length of tendons and muscles. Additional benefits of yin yoga include deep relaxation and heightened body awareness.  All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

 Wednesday, 6-7pm, All Levels Hatha Yoga with Sarah Gordon
Hatha Yoga (all levels) offers traditional yoga poses, including Sun Salutations, Downward Dog, and Warrior II. The instructor verbally guides practitioners through a series of poses, offering demonstration when appropriate. The practice begins with calming the mind and focusing on the breath. Attention is given to alignment, balance, and strength. The body is warmed up steadily. While yoga can improve flexibility, students do not have to be flexible to succeed in this class. Hatha Yoga is perfect for beginners and as well as for more experienced yogis.

Friday, 10-11:30am, Gentle Yoga Flow with Emily
Nourish and nurture your body and spirit with this gentle yoga flow. All levels welcome! Modifications for specific needs will be discussed and provided.

 Friday, 5:30-7pm, Y12SR:The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery 

The issues live in our tissues. 


Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as a physical, mental, and spiritual disease.


Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictions or affected by the addictive behavior of others. This is an open and inclusive group. All A's are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing.
