Liz Sanderson, CMT

Liz was drawn to the art of massage therapy because of her strong desire to facilitate healing for others through acts of loving kindness. A Nationally Certified massage therapist, Liz graduated from the 600 hour program at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in 2007; she’s familiar with a variety of modalities, including deep tissue, shiatsu, Ayurvedic massage, and Reiki. Liz draws upon all of her training as well as her intuition to create massages appropriate to the specific needs of each client. She learns from every client who comes to her and continues to grow personally and professionally.

Liz is also a practicing Yogini and Artist. For the past four years Liz has taken yoga classes at least twice a week. She’s currently enrolled in a 200 hour yoga instructor training program at My Yoga Spirit in Ghent. Studying under Jivamukti and Integral Yoga trained teacher and mentor Lisa "Asha" Rapp, Liz experiences continuous joy as she learns more and more about the healing power of yoga! It is her profound desire to create a balanced yoga practice where anyone would be comfortable with her teaching.

A born Artist, Liz creates masterpieces of color daily. Her expression ranges from doodles on scraps of paper to walls covered in acrylic rainbows. She is passionate about creating as a way of healing and meditation and encourages all to DO ART!

Liz is happy to be able to dedicate her life to serving and helping others. She’s sincerely grateful to all of her teachers, Wells Therapeutics, her family, friends, and each person who trusts her healing hands.
