She began taking Jivamukti classes in 2002 at Liz is happy to be able to dedicate her life to the nurturing of all through service. Angie Smith is a Certified Massage Therapist who loves her work. Angie’s goal is to provide professional therapeutic massage in a relaxing environment that will allow clients to relax, revive, and rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits. She specializes in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Bamboo and Pro-Heat massage, and she combines these techniques to suit the needs of each client. Angie is a graduate of the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy (2007), and is also a Licensed Esthetician who provides facials, body scrubs and body waxing. |

Liz Sanderson was drawn to the art of massage therapy because of her strong desire to facilitate healing within all beings, understanding that each of us is a small part of a much larger whole. A Nationally Certified massage therapist, Liz graduated from the 600hour program at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in 2007; she is familiar with a variety of modalities, including deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, and myofascial therapies. She is also Reiki III attuned and has a strong intuitive energetic practice. Liz incorporates all of her training to create massages based on the specific needs of each person. Learning from every client, she continues to grow personally and professionally.
My Yoga Spirit in Norfolk and received her 200hour Hatha Yoga teacher training certification there under the instruction of Lisa “Asha” Rapp in June 2008. Shortly thereafter Liz began studying Kali Ray’s Tri-Yoga method with Gabrielle Gerard-Jenks and completed her certification in Basics Tri Yoga in September 2010. Liz continues her studies with Level One Tri Yoga and will begin the Barratt Breathwork Facilitator Certification Program in January 2011 under the instruction of Gabrielle Gerard-Jenks and Kathleen Barratt. She currently teaches two yoga classes per week at The Space Above in Norofolk.
