Trisha Wilson is a Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Advanced Fuller School of Massage in July 2008. She has been trained in a wide range of modalities, including Craniosacral therapy, but she specializes in deep tissue massages. In a 90 minute massage Trisha can also incorporate stretching and she has just introduced hot shells to her repertoire. Trisha is happily married with two children and believes God gave her healing hands, which she likes to use to spoil her clients rotten.

rainer_pic_2Rev. Dr. Rainer Meadows Windsong is a licensed interfaith minister. She is a mystic, teacher, artist, motivational and key note speaker. She has been a Spiritual Teacher, Workshop Presenter and Retreat Facilitator since 1991.

As a marriage Officiant, she will help you create a custom wedding or commitment ceremony that reflects your relationship.

Dr. Windsong is also available for spiritual counseling, christenings, funeral and or memorial services. She offers house clearings and blessings and croning ceremonies as well for wise women.

Kate Sanderson

KateKate Sanderson is the Office Manager at Wells Therapeautics. She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies at Old Dominion University in 2003 and has been dilligently following her bliss ever since.

She has always enjoyed office work, as it helps satisfy her obsessive-compulsive need to organize the universe, and also because the daytime hours allow her to pursue her passion for music at night.

Gentle Yoga Flow - Wednesdays and Fridays, 10-11:15am, and Wednesday evenings, 7-8:15pm. Emily Wells-Perritt will guide you through this relaxing asana flow. Beginners are always welcome!

Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm - The perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga for those who have difficulties sitting or laying on mats.
