A Nationally Certified massage therapist, Liz graduated from the 600hour program at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in 2007; she is familiar with a variety of modalities, including deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial therapies. She is also Reiki III attuned and has a strong intuitive energetic practice. Liz incorporates all of her training to create massages based on the specific needs of each person.
