You can improve your own mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to relax. You will learn and practice breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that you can do on your own. The good news is that you can do most of the techniques in your car, at your desk or almost anywhere that you want to do them.

Suzan Iscil is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Master NLP practitioner, Parts Therapy Instructor and Reiki Instructor. Suzan sees clients individually and also leads group sessions to help people learn how to relax, meditate, lose weight or otherwise improve their lives. She helps people to recognize when they are having self-defeating thoughts and helps them to change their thinking. An appointment with Suzan would include hypnosis, NLP, Reiki or all three, but it also includes coaching for techniques that the clients can do at home, suggestions for books they can read or topics they can focus on.
Now two can enjoy a bodywork service at the same time in the same room!
