| Arlette is a graduate of The Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy (2003) and is experienced in swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage She is a Virginia Beach native and spends her free time enjoying the beach, botanical gardens and just relaxing at home with with friends or her two sons. She believes that massage should be both a relaxing getaway and an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating this healing philosophy with the purest intention towards her clients' well being has become her life's work. |

Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm - The perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga for those who have difficulties sitting or laying on mats. |
