You can improve your own mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to relax. You will learn and practice breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that you can do on your own. Angie’s goal is to provide professional therapeutic massage in a relaxing environment that will allow clients to relax, revive, and rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits. She specializes in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Bamboo and Pro-Heat massage, and she combines these techniques to suit the needs of each client.
