If you are looking for alternatives to improve your health and your life, come and learn simple techniques to help you heal yourself naturally and easily.

You can improve your own mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to relax. You will learn and practice breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that you can do on your own.  The good news is that you can do most of the techniques in your car, at your desk or almost anywhere that you want to do them.

Angie Smith

Angie Smith is a Certified Massage Therapist who loves her work. Angie’s goal is to provide professional therapeutic massage in a relaxing environment that will allow clients to relax, revive, and rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits. She specializes in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Bamboo and Pro-Heat massage, and she combines these techniques to suit the needs of each client. Angie is a graduate of the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy (2007), and is also a Licensed Esthetician who provides facials, body scrubs and body waxing.

yoga_2011_2Stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body while you calm and center your mind. Enjoy this moderately paced yoga flow class in a relaxed, supportive environment.  Gentle enough for beginners, but sufficiently challenging for more experienced practitioners.

Yoga Flow with Emily Wells-Perritt, RYT-500. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10-11:30am, and Wednesday evenings, 7-8:30pm.

Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 12-1pm - The perfect way for anyone to experience the healing power of yoga.
