MIETEK WIRKUS, a Polish bioenergy practitioner was born in 1939. His unusual healing gift was discovered when he was a child. Technically defined, bioenergy healing involves the replenishment of human "bio-currents" and the elimination of energy disturbances and blocks. Bio-currents are manifested in the bioenergy field surrounding the body.
