Practitioner Spotlight

Marsha Engle

MarshaMarsha Engle MSW, M.Ed., CMT, is a psychotherapist offering appointments on Friday afternoons and evenings. She has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years in a variety of settings with such issues as addictions, depression, anxiety, and grief. She has specialized training in working with trauma survivors (EMDR) and in helping families in crisis. Marsha has been a massage therapist since the 1980's, is a Reiki practitioner and a yoga instructor. Combining traditional 'talk' therapy with her knowledge and experience with mind/body/spirit therapies allows Marsha to help her clients heal on multiple levels.

Yoga

yoga_2011_2Stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body while you calm and center your mind. Enjoy this moderately paced yoga flow class in a relaxed, supportive environment.  Gentle enough for beginners, but sufficiently challenging for more experienced practitioners.

Yoga Flow with Emily Wells-Perritt, RYT-500. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10-11:30am, and Wednesday evenings, 7-8:30pm.

Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 12-1pm - The perfect way for anyone to experience the healing power of yoga.
