Yoga Flow with Emily Wells-Perritt, RYT-500. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10-11:30am, and Wednesday evenings, 7-8:30pm. Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 12-1pm - The perfect way for anyone to experience the healing power of yoga. |

Cheryl Teets became a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist in 2004 after completing her education at Advanced Fuller School of Massage. She especially enjoyed an Aromatherapy class where she learned the therapeutic properties of essential oils. That class gave her the passion to pursue a total of 250 hours of continuing education to become a certified Aromatherapist immediately after graduation. She has been an instructor at Advanced Fuller School of Massage since 2006. In addition to her private massage practice, she is co-owner of The Aromatherapy Shoppe.
Our Salt Lamps and Candle Holders come in a variety of shapes and sizes from natural to pyramid, round and conical. Our lamps range in price from $30 to $70 and our candle holders from $13 to $25.
Stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body while you calm and center your mind. Enjoy this moderately paced yoga flow class in a relaxed, supportive environment. Gentle enough for beginners, but sufficiently challenging for more experienced practitioners.
