You can improve your own mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to relax. You will learn and practice breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that you can do on your own.  The good news is that you can do most of the techniques in your car, at your desk or almost anywhere that you want to do them.

Lynelle Brantner

Do we choose our path or does our path choose us? Lynelle Brantner is a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist as well as a Certified Reiki II Practitioner with a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health Therapy. She has been strongly drawn to the healing profession for the past twenty years with a particular interest in substance abuse counseling and mental health therapy.
