You can improve your own mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to relax. You will learn and practice breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that you can do on your own. The good news is that you can do most of the techniques in your car, at your desk or almost anywhere that you want to do them.

Emily Wells-Perritt, CMT, RYT-500, founded Wells Therapeutics in 1995. A 1990 graduate of the Fuller School of Massage, Emily has been Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1993. She completed the Austrian-based Vodder School's certification course in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) in 1994. Emily is a Reiki Master; she has studied neuro-muscular therapy, acupressure and cranio-sacral therapy, and has completed Level 1 training in the Resonance Repatterning® Process for Positive Change.
