Come spend some time relaxing and meditating to the beautiful sounds of Singing Crystal Bowls. Darlene will play 7 different crystal bowls, each designed to resonate with one of the seven major chakras, or energy centers, of the human body.  Because the bowls are composed of pure quartz crystal (99.992%), the vibration from each bowl can help facilitate the well-being of the entire body, mind and spirit, as well as help balance and attune the energies of individual chakras.   The sound of the Singing Crystal Bowls can place the listener/receiver into an Alpha brain wave pattern easily and quickly in preparation for deep meditation. Quartz crystal music holds the vibration of white light and has the power to bring about a positive shift in our consciousness and help heal our bodies.
Attendees are welcome to recline (bring your own meditation mat, blanket, or cushion, or use one of the mats in the yoga room) or sit in one of our new comfortable chairs throughout the meditation. Older children are welcome if they can remain quiet and respectful during meditation time.
